Comfortable beds, the room had lovely decorations. It had everything we needed, even a bathroom with convenient walk-in showers. 🛁

Loved this hotel, had 4 very nice days here. Had a satisfactory breakfast. A brand-new room with a wonderful view of the lake. The property was near the Magnificent Mile and the various restaurants and bars in Rush Street and the surrounding areas. The 

The hotel is a fancy brand-new place with a perfect location near Streeterville and Michigan Avenue. It is situated in an area with great restaurants. The whole place is fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect. 

Great modern hotel with nice facilities and best employees who provided outstanding service. Magnificent setting, so close to stores. Recently refurbished and contemporary room, luxurious bathroom. Down pillows, perfect bed.

The staff at Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile is very efficient and responsive. the rooms are a nice size and extremely pleasant. - the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are luxurious. - the hotel offers great facilities 

The rooms here are pretty clean and they have nice decorations. Plus, you can enjoy some really nice views from them! 🌆

The location was stunning, right next to the lakefront, restaurants, rooms, and shopping stores. the room was brand-new and quiet, with coffee/tea makers, a sitting area, and a writing desk.

The restaurant served excellent dishes for dinner. the hotel offers amenities such as satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe. - the location is perfect for exploring the city and visiting the skyscraper observation deck.

Upgraded to higher floor with clean bathroom, quiet rooms. Convenient "do not disturb" light. 24/7 room service and even dog service. Comfiest bed/pillows. Separate tub and shower. Views over city and lake. Helpful staff. Great on-site
